Ingoldmells Holiday Caravans Terms and Conditions
  1. A deposit of £50 per week per caravan is required to confirm a booking. This is to be received, as a cheque or postal order, 5 working days after a provisional booking has been taken.
  2. The remaining balance is to be received by cheque or postal order four weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance has not been received in the time frame above we reserve the right to re-advertise the caravan.
  3. Bookings taken with less than four weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is in cash.
  4. Deposits are non refundable.
  5. A security bond of £40 per booking is required. This is to be paid with the final balance.
  6. A reservation form detailing all party names must be completed prior to the holiday start date.
  7. The named hirer overleaf is responsible for all members of their party.
  8. Only those people named on the reservation form will be allowed to stay in the caravan. If any caravan is found to have people staying not registered then the whole booking will be terminated with no refunds.
  9. No bookings from single sex groups, or groups of youths under 25 can be accepted.
  10. Caravans at Ingoldmells are available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  11. Caravans at Chapel St Leonard's are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
  12. All caravans must be left in the same clean and tidy condition, with full inventory, as you found it on arrival, all cleaning material and equipment is provided. All breakages, faults or problems are to be reported on arrival or as soon as possible.
  13. At the end of your stay the caravan will be inspected and, if the caravan is left as per section 12, the security bond will be returned in full as a cheque by post. If this is not the case then, dependent on the time and resources needed to correct the situation, part of, or the entire security bond will be lost. This also applies to any damage, accidental, wilful or through neglect caused to the caravan or its contents, including loss and bed wetting, caused by any member of your party. This excludes mechanical or electrical breakdowns due to normal use.
  14. No pets are allowed in any caravan.
  15. Smoking is allowed but not in any bedrooms or bathrooms, please keep well ventilated.
  16. Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at the owners discretion and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained.
  17. In the event that a caravan becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
  18. The site has the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party, is unacceptable to them and/or complaints have been received.
  19. The owner and site representatives are relieved of any liability for personal injury, goods left, lost or stolen before, during and after the booking has been completed. We advise you to insure yourselves if not covered.
  20. The owners, and their representatives, decision is final and binding.

Please Note:
Once we have received your balance, plus security bond it is accepted that the named hirer has agreed to the full terms and conditions, as above, and as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday.
